This is how postage fees are calculated. Normal mails: $1.50 for the 1st pc, & $0.75 for the subsequent pc. Eg.3 pcs: $1.50+$0.75+$0.75 = total postage. Registered mails: $3.75 for the 1st pc, & $1.85 for the subsequent pc. Eg.3 pcs: $3.75+$1.85+$1.85 = total postage.
